The resin that doesn’t cut corners or get cut with reblend.
RORR Roofing Resin is a Pure GRP laminate resin built for fast wet-out, clean lay-ups, and dependable cures in British weather. No mystery cocktails here, just proper resin that wets glass quickly, holds on verticals, and cures sharp so you can roof it, trim it, and move on.
Why Roofers pick RORR
- Pure GRP — not reblend: consistent cure, colour, and performance job after job.
- Fast glass wet-out, less faff: formulated for easy, quick impregnation of CSM with good sag resistance on verticals.
- Winter-ready reactivity: tuned to keep you moving when the temperature drops.
- Thixotropic control: stays where you put it; no slumping while you work.
On-site performance snapshot
- Gel time: ~12–18 min @ 25 °C (with MEKP), peak 85–125 °C, peak time 19–27 min, A practical window for roof laminating and detailing.
- Viscosity: ~500–700 mPa·s @ 25 °C smooth, controllable flow for hand lay-up.
- Density: ~1.10 g/cm³ reliable coverage planning and mix accuracy.
Approvals/standards note: Unreinforced cured resin conforms to DIN 16946/2 type 1120, group 0 (DIN 18820/1), and EN ISO 13121/1 group 1A classifications.

Safe, sensible handling (no cowboy stuff)
- Flammable liquid (Cat. 3). Flash point ~33 °C. Keep away from sparks/open flames; ventilate well.
- Contains styrene. Follow PPE and ventilation guidance; respect UK WELs.
- Storage: keep sealed, dark, 5–30 °C; stability around 3 months @ 25 °C in unopened, light-tight packaging.
- Transport ID: UN 1866 – Resin Solution.
How to use (at a glance)
Catalyse with RORR Catalyst and laminate as normal. Adjust catalyst levels to suit temperature and job size; always run a small test if conditions are marginal. Follow your standard GRP roofing method statements and local regs.

FAQs
Is this recycled or blended?
No. RORR is a Pure GRP roofing resin — consistent and predictable from drum to drum.
Will it run on warm days?
It’s thixotropic to resist sagging on verticals; adjust catalyst and work in sensible batch sizes.
Cold mornings — will it still kick?
The reactivity’s optimised for winter to help maintain practical gel times.
