QuickSeam™ Pipe Flashing is a pre-fabricated EPDM pipe boot designed specifically for sealing rigid round roof penetrations.

Each unit consists of a moulded EPDM boot laminated to a cured QuickSeam tape flange, delivering a secure, watertight seal when installed with QuickPrime™.

It is designed to fit pipe penetrations from 25mm to 152mm outside diameter, with guide rings allowing you to cut precisely to suit the pipe size before installation.
